October Unprocessed: Day 15

Back to work today...and back to my habits.


  • Breakfast: leftover Bacon Butternut Squash soup plus hazelnuts.
  • Snacks: Applesauce, almonds, clementines and carrots
  • Lunch: homemade chili
  • Dinner: BGR Burger with avocado, bacon, lettuce wrap and tomato.  Side of sweet potato fries (more than in the picture) and grilled asparagus.
