Breakfast - omelette, with sausage, green beans, peppers and tomatoes
Lunch - didn't have time, snacked instead on tomatoes, peppers, nuts and carrots
Dinner - taco salad with lettuce, pulled pork, cheddar, tomatoes, jalepenos
Baking! I made gluten free whoopie pies, but they didn't flatten out. They ended up being little chewy pumpkin cookies.
