October Unprocessed: Day 23



Yesterday when I was sick, even though I didn't want to eat, I put a pork roast in the crockpot with some apple cider so the next few days of meals will have pulled pork in them!

Breakfast - omelet with a little cheddar and pulled pork.
Snacks - almonds, celery and tomatoes plus a few squares (not the whole bar!) of stone ground chocolate!
Lunch - skipped lunch!  NOT good!
Dinner - corn nachos with green beans, tomatoes, pulled pork and peppers on top.
